Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent out immediately. A second email is sent with tracking number once your order is being packaged and getting ready to be sent out. All orders are shipped via USPS first class.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

At Rich Galore, we understand that losing a package is frustrating and can be stressful. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with all available information to help you locate your package, including the tracking number, ship date, and last known location.

The safety and security of your packages is important to us at Rich Galore. Please note, however, that we are not able to contact parcel services on your behalf in the event of a lost or stolen package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided and to communicate with the parcel service in the event of a delayed or missing package. We regret that we cannot refund or re-ship packages that are lost or stolen during the parcel process, or due to incorrect address or unclaimed/returned packages. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • Custom order processing time: up to 6 weeks

  • Defective Items

At Rich Galore, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll work with you, if exact item is in stock we are to replace the item or offer you store credit, depending on our discretion and the circumstances of the return.
