  • Order Cancellations

We pride ourselves on our swift order processing, but unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your selections and details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

  • Measurements

In adherence to our policy, Rich Galore does not offer exchanges or refunds. As such, we encourage all customers to take accurate measurements before placing their order to ensure that you receive the perfect fit and avoid any inconvenience.

  • Custom Orders

Each order is handmade and made to order, therefore it takes time. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to fully complete before it is shipped out. Additionally, if an in stock order is placed with a custom order, THEY WILL BOTH BE SHIPPED OUT TOGETHER WHEN CUSTOM ORDER FINISHES PROCESSING.
